I never stopped being amazed by the any wonders of ginger. As I read about it, my day is suffused with the wisdom I get out of reading about it. I tell my family and friends; if you can’t take it plainly as ginger tea, cook with it daily so you will have a daily dose. In my case I, like its taste in fish soup along with lemon grass, onions, tomatoes and leeks. I cook it every day and sip the soup like it is ginger tea. My elderly friends who are not into it before are very much caught too by its benefits as I incessantly talk about it. I tell them how cell nutrition especially with ginger can orevent dreadful diseases like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, coronary diseases. If these can be prevented, how much more minor ailments like sore throat, cough, colds, fevers, intestinal parasites, insect bites. I could run on and on because ginger is truly amazing.
